Job Descriptions:
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRIS/payroll system.
Verify employee attendance, leave records, overtime, shift allowances, and other payroll inputs.
Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
Prepare payroll reports and salary statements for management review.
Process employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and terminations.
Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable labor laws, and company policies.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
Support internal and external payroll audits.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Generate monthly payroll summaries, overtime reports, and other management reports.
Assist Finance in salary-related accounting entries and reconciliations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary payments, deductions, benefits, and payroll records.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Process monthly payroll accurately.
To improve payroll processes and system efficiency.
Support payroll system implementation, and upgrades when required.
