Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Proven hands-on experience handling the LC Waikiki buyer account is strongly preferred.
Experience in a composite knitwear manufacturing factory is required.
Familiarity with LC Waikiki's product categories, compliance standards, and buying office communication protocol is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/merchandising software.Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong understanding of fabric construction, garment quality standards, and international compliance requirements (REACH, OEKO-TEX, etc.).

(FKL), one of Bangladesh's leading 100% export-oriented composite knitwear manufacturers, is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Manager – Merchandising dedicated to the LC Waikiki buyer account. The incumbent will be responsible for independently managing the entire merchandising cycle for LC Waikiki orders — from initial enquiry to final shipment — ensuring seamless communication, on-time delivery, and sustained buyer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within the Merchandising department, requiring strong command over LC Waikiki's product standards, compliance requirements, and working protocols.
Lead and manage the complete merchandising process for LC Waikiki from order placement to shipment, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Maintain regular and professional communication with LC Waikiki's buying team, addressing queries, approvals, and escalations efficiently.
Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) calendars and ensure timely execution of each milestone across sampling, production, and shipment stages.
Coordinate closely with the design, fabric, production, quality, and commercial departments to align on buyer requirements.
Oversee the sample development process including proto, fit, SMS, and shipment samples in accordance with LC Waikiki's standards.
Conduct cost negotiation, costing analysis, and margin review for all LC Waikiki orders.
Manage fabric and trim sourcing, ensuring approved suppliers are used per buyer requirements.
Monitor bulk production progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with buyer's quality specifications and AQL standards.
Review and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, and compliance documents per LC Waikiki's requirements.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of merchandisers and assistant merchandisers assigned to the LC Waikiki account.
Participate in buyer visits, factory audits, and seasonal range presentations as the key point of contact.
Analyze order performance data and prepare reports for management review.
