• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Assistant Manager role within a large-scale knit garments manufacturing industry.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO, buyer, and industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with product safety regulations (chemical safety, restricted substances, CPSIA, REACH, etc.) and customer requirements.

• Review and validate lab test reports, risk assessments, and safety protocols for all raw materials and finished products. 

• Conduct internal quality audits, inspections, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure product quality from development to shipment.

• Provide training and awareness sessions for cross-functional teams on QMS, product safety, and buyer compliance requirements.

• Liaise with external labs, certification bodies, and buyers for testing, audits, and compliance documentation.

• Monitor KPIs and quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare and submit periodic management reports on quality, compliance, and product safety performance.
