Position: Manager – Planning

Job Responsibilities:

·        Prepare line loading planning for 10 lines with proper contingency plans.

·        Prepare & manage emergency preparedness plans for line/production loading.

·        Follow-up and monitor full supply chain workflow from sample to finishing.

·        Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, HR & related departments.

·        Ensure on-time delivery through accurate planning and execution.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role at a woven-based (bottoms & tops) factory.

·        Strong analytical ability, leadership & factory operation knowledge.

·        Bachelor’s degree (IE/IPE preferred).

Position: Executive – Industrial Engineering (IE)

Job Responsibilities:

·        Process optimization through time study, line balancing, layout design, SMV setting.

·        Run Lean/Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.

·        Improve productivity & reduce waste through IE tools and methodologies.

·        Coordinate with HR, Planning, Production & other departments.

·        Analyze performance to support strategic & financial goals from sample to finishing.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same post at a woven-based (bottoms & tops) factory.

·        Strong technical, analytical & team management skills.

·        B.Sc. in IE/IPE preferred.
