• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant's operations

• Ensuring smooth production processes [From sample to final delivery of finished goods]

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity

• Collaborate with the procurement to manage the supply chain, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of RM

• Industry trends and Technological advancements

• Implement practices in RMG manufacturing,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams [planning, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics to achieve production targets]

• Monitor sample production

• Monitor production planning [Time | Line| Manpower]

• Monitor quality assurance [customer specifications and international standards]

• Monitor shipment process 

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, production output, efficiency, and quality metrics

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Allocation and utilization of resources -manpower, machine and materials,

• Meet production goals

• Optimizing costs and minimizing waste

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations

•  Ethical practices
