Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant's operations
Ensuring smooth production processes [From sample to final delivery of finished goods]
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity
Collaborate with the procurement to manage the supply chain, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of RM
Industry trends and Technological advancements
Implement practices in RMG manufacturing,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams [planning, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics to achieve production targets]
Monitor sample production
Monitor production planning [Time | Line| Manpower]
Monitor quality assurance [customer specifications and international standards]
Monitor shipment process
