Job Location: Dhaka

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Act as a key communication bridge between international buyers and local factories to ensure smooth order execution.

• Coordinate and follow up on sample development, production, and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Track production progress and conduct in-line quality checks to ensure products meet buyer specifications and standards.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and compliance.

• Assist the company CEO in handling buyer accounts from sample development to shipment.

• Salary: BDT 20,000 - BDT 30,000 (depending on competency).

• Lunch Facilities: Fully subsidized lunch provided at the office.

• Performance Bonus: Attractive bonus based on individual and company performance.

• Festival Bonus: 2 festival bonuses per year (each equivalent to 50% of the gross salary).
