Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.

  • Manage the e-mail correspondence of the Managing Director.

  • Coordinate with the management team and other departments as per requirement.

  • Assist in preparing various reports and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director.

  • Follow up on actions for pending important issues.

  • Cooperate with the Managing Director to communicate with various high-level officials.

  • Any other task assigned by the Managing Director.
