• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

Training & Placement Structure:

Selected MTO’s will undergo an initial training period during their first few months at the organization.

This training will include orientation, company overview, operational understanding, safety & compliance, ERP/SOP familiarization, and essential workplace skills.

After completing the training, candidates will be placed in different departments based on their performance, background, and organizational needs (Merchandising, HR, IE, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Sustainability, Accounts etc.).

They will work under departmental mentors and gradually take on responsibilities.
