Experience Requirements :

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering roles within the readymade garments industry is mandatory.

Position Overview: The AGM, IE will lead the Industrial Engineering department, focusing specifically on enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity utilization, and implementing lean manufacturing principles within our woven garments production lines. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise specially in woven apparel manufacturing processes and a proven track record of driving significant improvements in efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall factory efficiency.

• Method Study & Time Study: Conduct rigorous method study, time study (SMV calculation), and motion analysis to establish accurate production standards and improve operational workflows.

• Capacity Planning: Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies, line balancing, and production scheduling to meet export deadlines.

• Lean Manufacturing: Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles across the woven units to minimize waste and maximize output.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the IE team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and prepare comprehensive reports for top management with actionable insights.

• Layout Planning: Optimize factory floor layouts and workstation design for maximum efficiency and ergonomics.
