Experience:
Masters in any subject with excellent communication skills.
At least 08 years of relevant experience in RMG sector.
Additional Requirements
Candidate with defense background will be given preference.
Applicant should have advanced knowledge in handling factory Admin, Compliance, Land & asset management and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Ensuring factory Admin and Compliance requirements as per buyer & legal standards.
Monitoring safety issues and developing sustainable solutions of frequent issues.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending effective administrative policies and procedures.
Ensuring proper housekeeping in all business units.
Mapping proper security plan for all units and follow-up accordingly to ensure the same.
Handling grievance and disciplinary issues as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal, etc.
Handling external affairs with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders (Labor Court, Civil Court, AC Land Office, DC Office, Land Registration Office, RAJUK, DEPZ, WASA, TITAS, DESCO, BERC, DOE, DIFE, BGMEA, Local Police Station etc) as a key person.
Managing company land and assets, maintaining and updating proper documentations and handling corresponding legal issues with the help of surveyors and lawyers.
Collaborating with the HR and Compliance team to handle all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Security/ Building, Fire & Electrical Safety (RSC/NIRAPON) and other certification Audits.
Analyzing audit observations, ensuring necessary administrative support and follow up with sustainable solutions.
Overseeing administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Facilitating effective communication between different departments and levels of staff.
Addressing issues and challenges that arise within the administrative domain.
Any other task assigned by the management.
