• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology

• At least 10 years

• Only Male

• Supervise sampling and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

• Maintain detailed and accurate QC records, lab results and product release documentation.

• Strong knowledge on product developments such as bakery, sauce, paste, liquid milk, drinking water, oil, ghee, spices and cocoa-chocolate.

• Oversee routine testing of raw materials.in-process materials and finished goods and review test reports.

• Approve incoming raw materials for use in production based on test results and specifications.

• Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.

• Prepare and analyze samples (raw materials, in-process, and finished products) using Gas Chromatography (GC) and Spectrophotometer.

• Operate, and maintain Gas Chromatography (GC) and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer.

• Assist in method development, optimization and validation of GC and UV-Vis methods according to approved method.

• Conduct line checks, hygiene audits, sensory evaluations and packaging verifications.

• Handling of customer complaint

• Maintain and calibration of all lab instruments such as Gas Chromatography(GC),UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH meter, moisture analyzer and other lab instruments.

• Ensure in-process testing is completed timely and any deviations are reported and addressed immediately.

• Good knowledge on laboratory testing. method validation and ISO related documentation.
