• Candidate should have minimum 04-06 years of relevant experiences in procurement, preferably in the garments/textile sector;

• Candidate should have strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills;

In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered; The major Responsibilities of candidate will be

Procurement Operations:

• Manage the procurement of Dyes/Chemicals, IT items, assets, electro-mechanical equipment, civil construction materials, machinery, and general goods/services.

Sourcing & Negotiation:

• Source items locally and internationally; perform cost variance, value analysis, and market research.
• Prepare RFQs, collect quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, and other conditions.
• Prepare comparative statements and obtain necessary management approvals.

Order Management & Logistics:

• Issue purchase and work orders, track delivery schedules, and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely receipt of materials, goods, and services as per operational requirements.

Supplier Management:

• Identify and develop alternative or potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate procurement records, update the supply chain database, and support audit requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement function for better efficiency, cost control, and compliance.
