• Age 28 to 35 years

• Applicants without prior experience in a dyeing factory are strongly discouraged from applying.

• Practical knowledge of dyeing machines, chemicals, and process parameters.

• Experience in audit, compliance, and documentation.·       Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of ISO / Quality Management Systems will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Conduct regular process audits in dyeing, finishing, and utility sections.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Identify process gaps, non-conformities, and recommend corrective & preventive actions.

• Evaluate chemical dosing, shade matching process, and machine parameter control.

• Verify production records, batch cards, logbooks, and audit trails.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Lab teams for process improvement.

• Prepare audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and action plans.

• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely closure.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal compliance standards.

• Support management with data analysis and process optimization initiatives.

• Assist in implementing lean practices and cost control measures.

• Conduct audit on CDA (Chemical Dyes Auxiliaries) consumption of Textile.

• Reconcile raw materials of recipe quality, issue quality, consumption quality & leftover quantity.

• Conduct awareness sessions for operators and supervisors regarding process discipline.

• Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
