Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
∎ Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify areas for improvement and design training programs accordingly.
∎ Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate Training team to guide & facilitate in functional & technical training program as per TNA.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to participants and support their ongoing development.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Continuously improve training methods and materials.
∎ Conduct orientation program for new employees in outlet level.
∎ Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for management.
∎ Determine Training Budget.
∎ Evaluate employee's performance based on the training provided to them whether they are improving their skills or not.
∎ Coordinate with the leadership team to identify high potential (hypo) employees and engage external consultant or vendors to roll out a custom-made leadership program to develop hypo employees for future leadership positions.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ A Level & O Level background Student will get preference.
∎ Proven experience as a trainer, training facilitator, teacher or similar role
∎ Strong knowledge of training methodologies.
∎ Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles and audience needs.
∎ Proficiency in using multimedia and e-learning tools for training purposes.
∎ Personal commitment to improving own knowledge and skills.
∎ Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to prepare and present to large audiences
