Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have experience in recruitment, sourcing, training, and administration.
∎ Follow-up facilities and benefits like employee's salary & wages, increment, overtime, and other incentives.
∎ Maintain & update daily attendance & leave management.
∎ To Maintain Personal data in detail of all employees of the company & Clients as well
∎ Ensuring a positive work environment in the office for excellent output.
∎ Ensure that employees are punctual and they maintain the office environment.
∎ Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to assist Management in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Candidates must have to carry a positive leadership attitude.
∎ Organizational asset management along with the depreciation cost & present value.
∎ Monitor the day-to-day activities of all other departments.
∎ Analyze monthly employees' work performance.
∎ Implement HR policies and guidelines for establishing smooth HR & Admin operations.
∎ Maintain relationships and communication between employees and upper-level management.
∎ To perform any other work assigned by the management at times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills & good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Having the ability to work under pressure with a profile attitude, Capable of taking on Challenges.
∎ Both Verbal & written outstanding communication ability in English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on experience in relevant area and performance in Viva
