Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnose, and troubleshoot of hardware, installation of OS/software, and networking
∎ Prepare, Installation, Configuration & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly
∎ Network cabling and provide basic support of networking
∎ Cable Laying & Punching, Rack dressing & Mount, Cisco Switch & Wi-Fi Router Configuration
∎ Windows Server 2012/2019 Administration, Plan Disaster Recovery
∎ Configuration and maintenance, setup of LAN/WAN/WIFI and troubleshooting.
∎ Provide IT support to end users within the framework of IT SOPs
∎ Configuration Outlook Mail, O365 clients, POP/IMAP and troubleshooting
∎ Hands on experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintenance of proper documentations
∎ Prepare yearly IT budget and manage expenditure in cost-effective way
∎ Coordinate with internal resources and third parties' vendors for the flawless execution of projects
∎ Prepare documentation of as per organization IT SOP's & GSOP's
∎ Support Quality IT activities as and when require
∎ Administration of LABX, Water empower, Lab solution, Mastersizer 3000, Medica 1.0, LIMS, q-doc 4cSP1 (4.03), ICDAS 2.1 applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5 years hands on experience in network infrastructure, WAN/LAN,Data analysis, device configuration, server management and VPN applications. Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway systems. Must have intent to learn quickly
