Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA / BBA with concentration in HRM from any reputed university or Post graduate Diploma in HRM from BIM or any reputed institution will be given a preference

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Manager for preparing -Human Resource (HR) function related policy & procedures
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the HR department by giving proper support and any other task as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Ensure filing, mail drafting on different issues and follow up documentation process for approval
∎ Provide all assistance to the management like reporting, recruitment process, maintaining and updating employee personnel files, attendance, Preparing and updating leave statement.
∎ Assist HR Manager for conducting training need assessment, training material preparation and keep record of all training related function
∎ Executing the new HR activities and accept new responsibilities & challenges after every succession period
∎ Good teamwork with management and other departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference of 1 or 2 years work experience in any advertising agency/FMCG/Marketing company but experience in advertising agency will be given preference.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of HR law & practices and prevalent HR trends in Bangladesh and around the world.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali, computer savvy, good interactive skills, proactive, self-motivating, ability to balance the company HR goals and ensure positive motivation within team.
