Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support day to day finance operation of MACOMM which includes Petty Cash management, Requisition Management, Day to Day Banking operation, Vendor/Supplier Finance management and Client Invoicing management
∎ Submit Petty Cash Budget end of every month for the following month, prepare and maintain monthly
∎ Petty Cash disbursements and keep track of all the disbursements with requisite supporting documents
∎ Coordinate across all department regarding internal requisitions issue as required and relevant
∎ Ensure all client invoices are submitted in the scheduled time frame without delay.
∎ Ensure all supplier related payments are disbursed in due time as approved by Management and maintain payment records properly under the direction of the senior members of the Finance and Operations department
∎ Maintain a good rapport with all vendors within professional frame work and without compromising ethical integrity.
∎ Closely assist Department Head to create and maintain required and relevant financial tracking and financial reports.
∎ Support and assist senior members of Finance and Operations for VAT and TAX compliance process management at internal end, client end and relevant government tax departments.
∎ Assist Senior Team Members and Management in a supporting role for other subsidiary organizations - Creinse Ltd and MediaAxis as and when required.
∎ Generate financial innovation ideas for revenue generation for the company from investment options and cost control measures
∎ Self motivation to learn new financial management trends and enhance knowledge on financial management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference of 1-2 years work experience in advertising agency/FMCG company.
∎ Well versed in Vat-Tax related work
∎ Must be a team player
