Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA (HRM) or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with good academic background. PGDHRM will be considered as an additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
∎ Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
∎ Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
∎ Creating and maintaining the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
∎ Creating and revising job descriptions.
∎ Developing, analyzing and updating the company's employee evaluation program.
∎ Manage a performance appraisal system of staff.
∎ Conducting weekly / monthly training of different departments.
∎ Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Preparation of salary statement.
∎ Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
∎ Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
∎ Provide regular HR analysis and reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department from time to time.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
