Skills Required: AutoCAD,Chiller Maintenance,HVAC,Pharmaceutical Sales,Revit,VRF System
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 45 years
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Experience in Pharmaceutical HVAC system design will be an added advantage with knowledge of International standards
Knowledge of Revit, HAP/Trace, and Duct Sizer will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of HVAC components such as AHU, FCU, Chiller, VRF, Dehumidifier and Cleanroom systems
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead HVAC opportunity design for Food & Pharma projects, including Chiller, VRF/VRV, Dehumidifier and Cleanroom HVAC systems as per International Standards- cGMP, ASHRAE, ISPE, MHRA & USFDA etc.
Perform and review HVAC load calculations (HAP) and finalize system selection and equipment sizing.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial tender proposals.
Oversee HVAC design and drawings (layouts, ducting, piping, equipment placement) using AutoCAD/Revit.
Ensure Cleanroom HVAC designs meet airflow, pressure, temperature, humidity, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with sales, customer, site, vendors, and subcontractors to support tendering and execution feasibility.
Lead and guide junior engineers on HVAC design, BOQ, billing, and documentation standards.
Site visit & Co-ordination with End Customer to understand their requirement and deliver accordingly.
