  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the technology sector, specifically Compute & Storage, Network & Security, Virtualization and Software Delivery.

  • Experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk or Network Support.

  • Good crisis management, self-control and stress management skills.

  • Capacity to understand and evaluate priorities and urgencies.

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills with a desire to collaborate with others.

  • An open-minded professional with a positive attitude, manner and behavior.

  • Have the ability to adapt to a changing environment in a professional and impactful way.

  • Work under pressure and potentially to take on the challenge of performing the job.

  • Excellent written and oral skills in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

The role often requires coordinating between frontline employees and senior leadership, serving as a critical link to ensure that communication flows clearly in both directions. This includes translating high-level business goals into practical, actionable plans for teams, as well as escalating operational challenges to upper management when needed.

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of IT-enabled services/products.

  • Developing and optimizing workflows, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

  • Problem-solving, anticipating risks, and addressing issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations even under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.

  • Training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to help employees prioritize tasks, meet individual and team goals, and contribute to a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

  • Strategic thinking, strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

  • Oversee administrative and logistical arrangements, including preparation and coordination for the technical team and clients.

  • Ensure efficient use of project resources and compliance with approved budgets and operational procedures.
