Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in production processes and support daily factory operations to understand workflow and efficiency.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to manufacturing, maintenance, and safety.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to production output, downtime, and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure product standards are being met.
- Observe and understand maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Work on assigned technical or improvement projects to contribute fresh ideas and support innovation.
- Show initiative and adaptability in learning new processes, technologies, and problem-solving approaches.
