Supervise and manage site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved design, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow and timely completion.
Prepare and follow daily/weekly work schedules, monitor progress, and report delays.
Ensure quality control, material management, and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and assist in contractor billing.
Resolve on-site technical issues promptly without compromising quality.
