Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Retired Army Officer (preferably Major or above).
  • Proven experience or exposure in liaison, sales, or defense-related sales.       Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of government and defense tender procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and dynamic retired Army person to join our team as Dyputy General Manager/General Manager – Tender and Corporate Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s tender participation, sales development, and official liaison with key defense and government organizations.

This position is exclusively open to retired Army personnel with strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and maintain strong relationships with RAB, DGDP, Army, Police, and other relevant institutions to enhance business opportunities.

  • Participate in and oversee the complete tender sales process for government, defense, and law enforcement organizations.

  • Monitor and analyze upcoming tenders, ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.

  • Coordinate internally with management, finance, and technical teams for preparing proposals and documentation.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth through tenders and institutional channels.

  • Represent the company in official meetings, presentations, and tender briefings etc.

  • To run the business as per approved business plan

  • To analyze Sales statistics to determine business growth potential;

  • To prepare business development plan considering Short-term and Long-term basis etc.
