A minimum of a Bachelor's (B.Sc) or Master's (M.Sc) degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science is required, accompanied by excellent academic standing

• A strong academic record and a genuine passion for Environment, Health, and Safety

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with workers and management

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to travel and work across various project sites

• Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits

• Support the implementation of waste management, pollution control, and water conservation plans

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and national environmental regulations (e.g., PCB, MoEFCC)

• Collect and analyze environmental data (air, water, noise) and prepare reports.

• Participate in daily site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards

• Assist in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for construction and operational activities

• Support the investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and help in developing corrective actions

• Promote a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns

• Learn and help maintain all necessary EHS documentation, permits, and legal registers.

• Assist in preparing and submitting statutory reports to regulatory bodies

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with IS, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards

• Undergo structured training modules on EHS laws, safety management systems, and emergency preparedness

• Assist in developing and delivering EHS induction and refresher training for workers and staff
