• Minimum 5 years in large-scale industrial or garments factory projects.

• Strong working knowledge of RSC standards, BNBC codes, and audit procedures.

• Expertise in foundation, structural, finishing, and industrial-grade construction.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD).Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead the construction of a large garments manufacturing facility. The role requires strong expertise in civil construction, compliance with industry standards, and the ability to manage the project from planning to handover within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil works of the garments factory project, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources using project management tools.

• Supervise contractors, consultants, and on-site teams to ensure adherence to drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with RSC standards, BNBC codes, and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.

• Implement and monitor audit procedures (safety, structural, and buyer compliance).

• Oversee procurement of civil materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Prepare project status reports and present progress updates to management and stakeholders.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free worksite.

• Achieve project completion within approved timelines and budget.
