Responsibilities & Context:

• Scheduling the project, Tracking the project & project status report submission.

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities (RCC and Steel Structures) at site as per design and schedule.

• Alignment with the EME activity of the project.

• Interpret and execute structural and architectural drawings accurately.

• Coordinate daily with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure workflow continuity.

• Monitor workmanship, check quality of materials, and enforce compliance with design standards and safety guidelines.

• Maintain detailed records such as daily progress reports, site logs, labor deployment, and material usage.

• Ensure strict adherence to BNBC, factory building codes, and internal safety policies.

• Support in quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, and timely resource allocation.

• Participate in technical inspections, audits, and resolve site issues within the timeline.

• Attend and contribute to project review meetings and regularly update the Project Manager.

• Assist in preparing as-built documentation and final handover reports.

• Be prepared to work extended hours and in challenging field conditions as per project demands.
