∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Communication, General HR, Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment & selection of non-management staff at the factory.
∎ Ensure that the labour laws and services rules are followed properly and Ensure all disciplinary actions for employee .
∎ Ensure the effective execution of day to day office administrative issues, such as employees leave administration, company transport management, procurement & disposal of assets, office stationery & printing supply, contract/lease agreement, off equipment maintenance.
∎ Liaison with Government authority like Labour office, Passport Office, REB, BIWTA, Fire Service, Local Police Station, UNO, T&T office, Ministry of Environment, Custom Office, etc.
∎ Crisis Management/Problem Solving, Computer, Network, Fax, T & T related problem, Manpower related problem
∎ Communicate with HR, MIS, Marketing & Sales Officer and others, if required
∎ Accountable for the security department activities and check and make their duty roster daily.
