Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferablly MBA in Marketing / BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets by effective management of assigned dealers.
∎ Development of dealership quality in all aspects of sales & marketing.
∎ Implement in-shop and out door promotion activities in the assigned territory.
∎ Development of sales manpower by product and sales training.
∎ Regular communication and reporting.
∎ Regular 15 days field visit for dealer development and market information collection.
∎ Preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly sales target and activity plan.
∎ Support in expansion of dealer network.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by superior for organizational requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 31 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
