• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in export activities (preferably in RMG).
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC/Contract management, customs, EPB, and banking documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Handle all export-related activities including LC/Contract review, documentation, and submission to bank/buyer.
• Prepare and check export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin, GSP, etc.) in compliance with LC/contract terms.
• Follow up on buyer acceptance, realization of export proceeds, and update related MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank, Customs, EPB, and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers for smooth export operations.
• Support team Leader for day-to-day tasks and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with buyers, banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure on-time shipment.
