Job Context:
∎ Spain based Global Labels Bangladesh Ltd. has its production plant in DEPZ, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh having commercial operations in Asia and Europe. It has the facilities which are equipped with state of the art of machineries backed up with a team of efficient and oriented human resources with a firm determination to manufacture international quality garments accessories.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka EPZ

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Ensures legal & BEPZA compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Maintains Management & BEPZA guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Establishing the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Pay-Roll & Employees benefits.
∎ Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
∎ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Textile/Garments /Lingering product & experienced in Export Processing Zones Authority will get priority.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc.)
∎ Excellent knowledge in E-mail Communication.
