Experience:
B. Sc in Civil Engineering / BBA.
Working experience in real estate customer service.
Maintain and regularly update detailed information of clients and landowners
Respond to customer queries politely and professionally
Follow up on civil maintenance work with project engineers on a daily basis
Provide timely updates on work progress to clients and landowners
Communicate regularly with customers, address their concerns, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues
Collaborate with Land Acquisition, Legal, and Architecture departments to ensure smooth execution of land agreements
Prepare, organize, and maintain proper documentation and records of clients and landowners for future reference
Have sound knowledge of architectural layouts, working layouts, electrical layouts, and related drawings
Plan and execute Customer Loyalty Programs (e.g., birthday/anniversary wishes and gifts, handover ceremonies)
Visit projects with clients and landowners, record their queries, observations, and requirements
Ensure material specifications are in line with the Deed of Agreement
Prepare budgets and cost analyses for modification works and obtain client approval
Analyze issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
Oversee the apartment handover process with complete documentation
Prepare monthly progress reports for ongoing projects
Communicate and follow up with customers and stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Draft approval notes, internal memos, and documents as per management instructions
Report daily activities to the Head of Department (HOD)
