Responsibilities & Context:

  • Check the ready goods status with production.

  • Check the doc status.

  • Arrange the vehicle as per location Vehicle capabilities /capacity, space consumption.

  • Destination (distance to the drop-off location Depot locations (distance to and from inventory sites).

  • Met all customer call guidelines including service levels, handling time and productivity.

  • Solved unresolved customer issues.

  • Managing & experience of several customers Buildup a good relationship with potential Customers Working with Operation team to maintain customer’s urgency Build a good rapport for sales, Customer service team leader Keep management update about balance FG & WIP status and issued PI and received L/C.

  • Met all customer call guidelines including service levels, handling time and productivity.
