Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Environmental Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and conduct internal Environmental Audit besides other compliance assessment to different business units, suppliers and sub-contractors;
∎ Directly implement, coordinate and overall maintaining of HIGG (FEM 3.0) Environment Projects activities and its continuous improvement;
∎ Directly handle & maintain PaCT, CP, BVE3, ZDHC, CleanChain, GRS, GOTS, ICS, WCLP, OCS, RCS etc. environmental sustainability projects;
∎ Regularly maintain, implement and follow-up over the effective application of ISO 14001 standards and ISO 45001 standards considering environmental and health safety of all units;
∎ Regularly maintain and improve the LEED certification activities and project initiatives of respective business units;
∎ Regular update and monitoring of different Environmental concerned training (e.g. EHS, EMS, Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, Waste Identification & its Proper Disposal, Safer Chemical handling & Use, etc.) modules and meeting’s agenda besides train-up of the facility trainers;
∎ Ensure and make follow-up over Corrective Action (CAP) from individual business unit, suppliers and sub-contractors on audit findings;
∎ Implement and follow-up of Energy and Water Conservation activities and different relevant projects;
∎ Maintain & follow up of environmental license, certificates, EIA, EMP and all air & noise test reports regularly as per legal and other stakeholder requirement;
∎ Formulate, implement and regular maintaining of different environmental conservation plan, policies and procedures etc;
∎ Ensure proper and standard Chemical Management, Waste Management and monitoring of wastewater quantity and quality status as per legal requirement and all stakeholders requirement;
∎ Regular monitoring, analysis and evaluation of all environmental performance record (inventory) e.g. water, electricity, gas, diesel, chemical, wastes, GHG, steam, Compressed air, wastewater, solar energy, rainwater, grey water etc. for all production units;
∎ Monthly monitoring, review, analysis and evaluation of all KPI against Electricity, Diesel, Gas, Water, Waste etc. for all units and take corrective action plan against the applicable KPI failure in any unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill;
∎ Team work & Team commitment;
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure;
