Job Context

DBPL (Dhrupodi Builders & Properties Ltd.) is a reputed real estate and construction company. We are looking for an experienced and competent Chief Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage our construction and development projects on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

1. Overall supervision, monitoring and implementation of all construction projects

2. Preparation and verification of BOQ, MOQ, costing, budgeting and estimates

3. Digital survey and physical verification of proposed land

4. Management of piling and other construction related work

5. Preparation of layout plans and limited-scale designs/drawings

6. Selection and coordination with contractors, consultants and external agencies

7. Liaison with RAJUK, Jolshiri Authority, Cantonment Board and other authorities

8. Ensuring quality control, safety and compliance of civil and MEP works

9. Verification and submission of bills, work orders and agreements

10. Regular reporting to MD/ED and/or Board of Directors

11. Managing engineers, supervisors and technical staff

12. Maintenance, renovation and safety of establishments
