Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• 2 to 5 years

• Graduate/Postgraduate from reputed university preferably on environment, textile, chemical, engineering or any technical discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in auditing and management system  

• Certification on SA8000/amfori BSCI/WRAP will be plus

• Robust knowledge on Auditing services and market  

• Team handling capabilities

• Sound knowledge on local law, social compliance auditing and brand’s requirements.

• Oversee and coordinate all auditing activities with local and overseas production facilities, customers, buying houses, and Intertek offices to ensure smooth execution.

• Arrange audit schedules based on client and supplier requirements, ensuring timely updates, proper resource allocation, and follow-through on audit completion.

• Ensure all audit files are properly prepared before audits and submitted/uploaded with all necessary reports and documents after audits.

• Prepare and provide accurate records, summaries, and status reports to clients and relevant stakeholders as required.

• Providing necessary logistics support.

• Report reviewing and audit coordination.

• Respond to queries from customers, authorities, overseas offices, and internal teams; manage customer complaints effectively and coordinate with senior team members to implement corrective and preventive actions.
