Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Content & Script Writer to lead high-impact content and script development across digital platforms. This role focuses on crafting engaging brand stories, performance-driven scripts, and persuasive content for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and video productions.
The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling ability, a deep understanding of digital content trends, and the capability to guide junior writers while collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Write and oversee high-quality content and scripts for ads, social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and video productions.
Develop video scripts for reels, short-form videos,Facebook, YouTube, brand films, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Lead content ideation for marketing campaigns, product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with digital marketing, design, and video teams to create performance-driven content.
Review, edit, and improve content produced by junior writers and content executives.
Conduct content research based on trends, audience behavior, and competitor analysis.
Optimize content for engagement, conversion, and SEO performance.
Maintain and manage the content calendar and publishing schedules.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Requirements3–5+ years of professional experience in content writing and script development.
Strong expertise in digital content, ad copywriting, and video script writing.
Excellent command of Bangla and English (both written and conceptual).
Proven ability to create story-driven and conversion-focused content.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
Basic knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and content analytics.
Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
