Job Responsibilities:
∎ Get the factory ready for any upcoming audit.
∎ Monitor all kinds of health and safety issues in the factory which are compliant according to the law.
∎ Monitor all fire safety and electrical safety-related works that are effective in terms of law and buyers' guidelines.
∎ Implement buyers' COC in the factory and prepare CAP reports.
∎ Develop the bridge between workers and Management.
∎ Monitor and inspire to take corrective measures to reduce factory wastage.
∎ Aware both workers and staffs on fire safety, health & safety, electrical safety, product safety, environmental safety etc.
∎ Arrange first aider training by the company doctor.
∎ Monitor fire drills and maintain the schedule.
∎ Deal with third party audits (BSCI/SEDEX/WRAP/CTPAT etc.)
∎ Counsel workers and management staffs about various issues.
∎ Ensure PPE of all hazardous areas and aware employees on its proper uses.
∎ Follow up and disseminate all kinds of COC, Posters, Stickers etc. as per instructions.
∎ Follow up and arrange all types of compliance-related marking/sing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer operation.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Bangladesh labour laws & rules.
Salary: Negotiable
