Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR, Labor Counseling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement HR plan.
∎ Assist & coordinate in HR Recruitment and selection process.
∎ Assist the Management in conducting Skill/Competency Assessment of staff.
∎ Ensure occupational Health, Hygiene and safety management of the company.
∎ Handle employee grievance, counseling and ensure employee disciplinary functions.
∎ Individual have to bear the responsibilities of compliance issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills.
