Buyers COC, Compliance Audit, Environmental Compliance, Factory Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on Compliance in a Garments Industries.
∎ Observe day-to-day general HR & Administrative activities that includes daily attendance, leave, compensation & benefit, recruitment and separation, safety, legal & corporate affairs.
∎ Maintain the employee's personal file, update with all related papers, all data records paper relation to Recruitment and selection process papers.
∎ Maintain and update employee register(regular, resigned, new join, lefty)
∎ Prepare salary sheet through Payroll system and maintain records.
∎ Capable to Prepare employee final settlement
∎ Follow up employee
∎ Follow up performance appraisal issues and process the increment & promotion issues
∎ Maintain smooth Industrial Relation under company policy
∎ Handle grievance issues and disciplinary actions as per compliant
∎ Handle induction program for new employees
∎ Assist to Head of HR on policy making
∎ Draft the meeting minutes and report to compliance head on decisions of the meetings
∎ Preserve the Mgt. staffs personal files and organization documents
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by compliance head
∎ To handle overall office management activities consider to cost optimization.
∎ Capable to handle audits ( BSCI,WARP,SEDEX, GRS, GOTS, RCS, OCS, GMP and Technical audits)
∎ Capable to prepare CAP( Corrective Action Plan) and CAPR( Corrective action plan report)
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
