Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Chemical Management, Chemical Property, Textile chemical lab
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect and analyze data and to perform duty as a Lab Technician.
∎ Able to match color (Lab Dip) as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Knowledge on Physical & chemical testing
∎ Detail knowledge on Dyes and chemicals.
∎ To maintain all related data/documents relating plant maintenance.
∎ Perform R&D and formulation for recipe, dosing ratio, quality chemical, chemical consumption, color preparation etc.
∎ Capability of chemical mixing as per Recipe, test and analyses the chemical component.
∎ Proper utilization of machine and manpower and ensuring chemical dosing based on the approved recipe.
∎ Sound knowledge on technical, chemical and fabric.
∎ Test products before, during, and after production.
∎ Conduct various analytical QC testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC requirements and prepare analytical report.
∎ Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process.
∎ Do controlling of laboratory reagents & prepared working standard with proper documentation.
∎ To carry out Chemical testing work, ensuring both quality of test sample, and timely data reporting to the Lab Manager.
∎ Accurate documentation of lab results and technical information.
∎ Oversee all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
∎ Draw up test reports and certificates,
∎ Monitor production processes,
∎ Process queries and complaints,
∎ Maintain and inspect the test equipment and laboratory facilities,
∎ Carry out quality assurance measures,
∎ Apply work and test procedures, taking into account the relevant standards,
∎ Take into consideration the fundamentals of environmental protection, safety and health protection on the job.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
