Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to email, network, hardware and software
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals
Maintain antivirus and system security across all user devices
Maintain updated ICT asset records and tracking systems
Setup and troubleshoot IP Phones, UPS, scanners, printers and office equipment
Configure and maintain Access Points, MikroTik routers, LAN and Wi-Fi networks
Maintain network rack, CCTV and Time Attendance systems
Provide support for ERP systems and database management
Install and maintain Auto Cutter, Auto Spreader, Plotter and related systems (if applicable)
Perform other IT and automation-related duties assigned by management
