∎ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise applications.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting.
∎ Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
∎ Technical knowledge in areas such as AI/ML, cybersecurity, ERP systems, or mobile app development
∎ Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in IT products, services, or solutions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through market research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
∎ Collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.
∎ Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable terms and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
∎ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals Track sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows when needed. Achieving result oriented monthly sales targets.
