Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Sales & Marketing with strong experience in IT and software sales to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and driving revenue for our technology solutions and software products
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in enterprise, mid-market, across industries.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, responses, and contract negotiations.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Must have knowledge and experience Digital Marketing, Software Development and Creative IT work criteria.
- Conduct daily outdoor visits for client prospecting and meetings, emphasizing relationship-building in field marketing efforts.
- Implement creative and effective strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
- Engage with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales activities.
- Implement robust follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in B2B, B2C, and wholesale sectors.
- Utilize networking, social media, telemarketing, and email marketing to expand the client base.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Focus on long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the industry.
