We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive / Senior Executive – Business Development to drive sales growth in IT software solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives across diverse industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, software solutions, and creative IT services, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in IT software sales, digital marketing services, or related fields (the Senior Executive role requires more experience).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, software development services, and creative IT solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel and conduct field visits regularly.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following business areas: Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, and Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startups.
Skills Required:
Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Understanding of current and emerging technologies in the IT industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Brainstorming, Good command in MS Office specially on PPT, Proactive and Positive attitude
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and various industry sectors
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations
Perform regular outdoor client visits for prospecting, meetings, and relationship-building
Explore opportunities in B2B, B2C, and wholesale segments to expand market reach
Utilize networking, social media, telemarketing, and email marketing to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention
Ensure consistent client engagement throughout the sales cycle, including strong after-sales support and follow-up
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and refine strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business and marketing objectives
Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance overall sales performance and organizational growth
Prepare professional and visually compelling sales and marketing materials
Maintain proper documentation for reporting, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment with effective communication and teamwork
