Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Honors / BBA from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates having a Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Factory Compliance, HR Compliance, Labour Law, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration Compliance., Garments Factory Compliance, Labour Law, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Report Writing, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform on-site audits.
∎ Prepare extensive evaluations and audit reports in English.
∎ Prepare audit plans and execute them in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Follow-up of agreed improvements and corrective measures, as well as documentation of the progress.
∎ Coordinate with CR Manager, Global CR Manager and CR Headquarter for audit-related matters.
∎ Perform social assessments, e.g., amfori BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, etc.
∎ Handling of amfori Sustainability Platform.
∎ Develop and implement new strategies related to social compliance.
∎ Conduct capacity-building sessions internally and for our suppliers.
∎ Assist in the training of other auditors and lead auditors during planned audits or during other training functions.
∎ Follow and use updated audit procedures, documents, policies, and client requirements.
∎ Enforce the implementation and adherence of our CR Agreement along the supply chain.
∎ Implement new requirements/laws/regulations throughout the supply chain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years of professional auditing experience in the textile industry.
∎ Profound knowledge in the field of legal compliance, human rights, labour practices, occupational health & safety.
∎ Profound knowledge of textile manufacturing processes including garment process and of the textile supply chain.
∎ Industry-recognised auditor qualifications, e.g., SA8000, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO26000.
∎ Strong knowledge about local laws, e.g., labor law, state order #645, fire control law.
∎ Strong knowledge about international standards ILO core labour, UN universal declaration of human rights, un convention on the rights of the child.
∎ Excellent self-organising skills.
∎ Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
∎ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Time and project management skills.
∎ Willingness to travel.
∎ Conscientious and well organized.
∎ Good interpersonal and intercultural skills.
∎ Team worker with proven ability to work independently.
∎ Quick grasp and analytical mindset.
∎ Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English.
