Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At least 26 years

• Must be a RAJUK Enlisted Architect (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience, preferably in high-rise residential projects

• Strong knowledge of BNBC & RAJUK approval process

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, Revit (preferred)

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Lead conceptual design and detailed development of high-rise residential projects

• Prepare and manage RAJUK submission, approval, and compliance documentation

• Develop working drawings and construction detailing packages

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Ensure compliance with BNBC and regulatory standards

• Conduct site visits and supervise design implementation

• Support marketing materials, presentations, and project visualization
  

  Full-Time:

  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Weekly Holiday: 1 day (Roster-based)

  Part-Time:

  • Working Days: 3–4 days per week

  • Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day

  • Schedule: Flexible (to be mutually agreed)
