Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing surveillances to monitor overall activities in the Factory premises.
∎ Monitoring Equipment such as Closed Circuit Television Cameras or Global Positioning Systems to collect data in the Factory.
∎ Identifying suspicious behavior or people to alert other Security Personnel or higher management authority of potential security risks.
∎ Collecting evidence of illegal activity or information that may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
∎ Researching potential threats of Factory premises to security including possible methods of attack and identifying possible targets.
∎ Conducting internal investigations of Employee misconduct or Work Performance considering Security.
∎ Reporting Security breaches or safety hazards to Supervisors.
∎ Monitoring the activities of Guards in real time using Surveillance Cameras to help identify any problems that may arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ex-Navy or Ex-Air Force Officer will get preference.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
∎ Tact and diplomacy
∎ Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
