Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Yarn TC from Yarn Supplier and add Yarn Raw TC at CU Portal as stock for Garments TC.
∎ Maintain Yarn Raw TC (Transaction Certificate) Stock.
∎ Follow GMS (Garments Management System) and communicate with Merchandiser for collecting PO to proceed Garments TC of the Factory.
∎ Collect Documents (Like: Invoice, BL, Packing List) from Commercial Department.
∎ Check each Product Compositions whether Composition is available in existing Scope Certificate or not.
∎ Need to add New Product Composition in Scope Certificate, if unavailable in existing one.
∎ Prepare QCS( Quantity Control Sheet ) & Composition Declaration for applying TC in Control Union (CU) Portal.
∎ Collect Approved Garments TC from CU Portal. If there is any discrepancy, then solve it.
