∎ Special training on procurement/ supply chain will be treated as advantage.

Yarn Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Yarn TC from yarn supplier and Then we add Yarn Raw TC at CU Portal as stock for garments TC
∎ Maintain yarn Raw TC (Transaction Certificate) stock.
∎ Follow GMS (Garments Management System) and communicate with merchandiser for collecting PO to proceed Garments TC of our factory.
∎ Collect documents (Like: invoice, BL, packing list) from export department.
∎ Check each Product compositions ,whether composition is available in existing scope certificate or not.
∎ Need to add new product composition in scope certificate if unavailable in existing one.
∎ Prepare QCS( Quantity Control Sheet ) & Composition declaration for applying TC in Control Union (CU) Portal.
∎ Collect approve Garments TC from CU Portal. If there have any discrepancy then solve it
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience of Online Certification with CU, BCI, CMIA etc.
∎ Computer literacy and ability to using software is an added advantage.
